Saturday night pizza

Have you guys been to Le Grande Orange? It's this awesome restaurant/pizzeria/bistro/market thing in Arcadia-ish Phoenix and I love it. My BFFF Stacy took me there after we went to Zumba class a while back and we had Avacado pizza. It was heaven. It's basically a margherita pizza, with avacados. I've been craving it for a while, so I found this pizza dough recipe from Tyler Florence on Food Network and it's fairly easy and reminds me of the crust at LGO. Try it this weekend, you won't be disappointed.





P.S.- This crust is also good for any kind of pizza. My kids like cheese so I double up the cheese and do half mozzerella and half parmesan. Yummy.
