Raspberry Cream cheese filled Crepes

I couldn't think of a clever title for today. So I'll just get down to business. I made these this morning with the leftover raspberries from Raspberry Lemonade, and man they were good. I'll spare you the picture of my crepes, since they ended up looking like a map of Italy instead of a nice circle, but they tasted like buttery perfection & my kids gobbled those things up like they were going out of style. Penelope probably ate a pint of raspberries on her own, and promptly rubbed her berry stained face all over my white couch, so I'll be bleaching that today. (Note: I HIGHLY recommend white couches with slipcovers. You just pull off the cover, and bleach the crap out of it, and it looks brand new.) Make these tomorrow and you'll feel like a gourmet chef.
