Peachy Keen Tart


Well, the peaches didn't last long enough around here to make the pie, but we did have just enough to make Peachy Keen Tart. This is a variation of a recipe that I got from my Best Friend Stacy's Grandma Ruby, and it is divine. I could eat this everyday for breakfast (and that's what we did at Ruby's house when we visited.)
