Hey, it's Monday! A fresh start, and a new opportunity for a great week. I'm starting a lot of things this week
- I'm trying out some preschool curriculum I came up with for my kids (more news on that later)
- I am starting a new week trying to eat better, and lose some LB's so I can find a new bikini I've already drank 2 liters of water and its only 10 am
- I am going for a goal of 1 hour of exercise a day, so I've done 30 minutes of yoga already. (Go here for some sweet yoga podcasts that you can do at home in your living room in your pajamas with your kids crawling all over you. Oh, wait that's just me.) There is also class tonight for our adult dance company Adrenaline at Higher Ground dance studio at 8:00. Come! You'll sweat your butt off. (I'm doing stretch and across the floor and Donelle is doing a combo. It's brutal)
- Today is the first day of Mesa High's Cheer tryouts. I get to go and see the girls for the first time, I'm so excited to see what I'm workin with!
We now have all of our silhouettes on the wall (a la Nie Nie) and I love them. It's super easy to do, just take a profile picture of yourself (or anyone else), print on cardstock, and spray paint black. You can glue them to white paper and put in a frame, or scan into your computer to print out. I scanned ours, then fixed them up in photoshop, and made brushes with them so I can do endless things with them, like the ones on my sidebar, or make cute stationary/cards with them, you get the idea.
Make some up, or if you like the idea, but don't have the time or the patience to do it yourself, email me at rosemaryamos@yahoo.com and I can do them for you. For $10 I'll email you a jpeg of your silhouette, and you can do whatever you want with them! Or, if you want, I can design and print out stationary, letterheads, thank you cards, anything else you can dream up. (These would also make really really cute wedding invitations. Just sayin.)
I've also made up these little jars for my embellishments and ribbons with cute custom labels. I love them all lined up together, and the best part is they are functional decor. My birdcage framed art isn't really functional, but it is so cute and easy (and cheap!) I bought these frames at Ikea, and printed off these birdcage images onto patterned scrapbook paper. If you are feelin crafty, make some of these up, but if not, email me and I can do some for you!

First of all....I am so glad you can still come to the egg hunt. Second, LOVE your jars!!! How stinkin' cute! Now if I can just think of a place to put some where Kai will not knock them down.....
