Many of you know, but some of you may not, that I do not like to be cheesy about my husband. As a matter of fact, I usually don't talk about him at all, unless it is to complain about some asinine thing he has done. Don't get me wrong, he gets on my nerves on a daily basis, but he does have some redeeming qualities (obviously, or I wouldn't even be writing this). As much as I am embarrassed about romantic crap, I think since it is Valentines season, it would be nice for a change if I actually threw my creative self into the holiday. So, for this month we are going to go on this disgustingly sweet journey together so it's not so painful for myself.
First on the agenda, we need to make valentines. There are a lot of you who have never done digital scrapbooking, but I highly recommend it. There are a lot of ready made valentines that you can just print out and go, or you can use to enhance your already fabulous handmade valentine. The possibilites are truly endless. To learn more go to twopeasinabucket.com and click on the digital scrapbooking section. You can learn how to do it, but I think if you do not have a mac (I use the pages program a lot) you are going to need photoshop or something similar. I'm pretty sure you can download a free trial though, so go try it out and go nuts!
I myself am going to use a bunch of different digital kits, and mix some of my own stuff in, like my family silhouettes I did. I'm doing a few projects with those, which I will show later this week.

Oh, its so nice to have you back in this blogging world. The background and the thing at top (i have no idea what the hell its called) is super dreamy. go figure. i appreciate the shout out about the "digital scrapbook" because I NEED one. each day that goes by I realize how much more I need a damn MAC. moral of the story: hooray for love month and your uber sickening cuteness. i love and envy it.
