Are you ready for me to rock your world?
Pear Gruyere Pie
Don't be alarmed. Yes, that is cheese baked in the crust. Trust me, I know of what I speak.
Go to Sprouts. Buy 5-7 pears. I bought D'Anjou but you could do any. Find the most attractive salesperson on the floor at Sprouts and ask for someone to help you that knows a lot about cheeses. Follow him to the deli and ask the lady to help you find the Gruyere cheese. Tell her it is a kind of Swiss cheese (yes, you could substitute the Gruyere with a less expensive swiss cheese if need be, but I love to waste money in Braden's opinion so I stuck with the Gruyere.) Grab a lemon there too if you don't have a lemon tree and go home to make this masterpiece:
This covers the fruit and grain and dairy food groups so it's totally healthy. Eat as much as you want.
