I've been practicing my sewing and it turns out Im not as hopeless I everyone thought! After a few not so good attempts at dresses, I finally made Liv a dress that is decent quality! Then I made another one from the same pattern for Braden's little cousin that is going to kindergarten this year. I made Penelope little pants to match Liv's dress, but they turned out like MC Hammer pants. Boo. I don't know why they can't freakin make newborn patterns actually fit newborns. It's ridiculous. So I took it all apart, cut off half of the waist part, and cut off half of each pant leg, and now she's got some cute pants and an embellished onesie.
I was looking around at some baby boutiques online and I found this adorable apron skirt on someone's etsy shop, and I had 2 of the fabrics, so I went to Joanne's and bought the pear and apple fabric for the skirt and made the same one!
It turned out so cute I love it! I tried to make a few more skirts, but I didn't use enough fabric and they didn't gather enough. So, one's going to Braden's other cousin, and I cut the other one down for P.
